About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic HR Interns who are eager to gain hands-on experience in HR Operations. This internship is ideal for students or freshers who want to build a strong foundation in HR processes, data management, and software tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with onboarding and HR documentation
• Manage employee data and maintain HR databases
• Support HRMS and software-related updates
• Prepare and maintain HR reports and trackers
• Assist in payroll inputs, leave & attendance management
• Provide support in audits and compliance documentation
• Participate in HR events and employee engagement activities

Learning Outcomes:

• Practical exposure to HR Operations and HRMS
• Understanding of onboarding and documentation processes
• Experience in data management, HR tools, and reporting
• Opportunity to develop organizational, analytical, and coordination skills

Eligibility:

• Students pursuing/completed graduation or post-graduation in HR/Management/Social Work or related fields
• Strong interest in Human Resources
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
