We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. It\u2019s a great opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing and screening resumes for various job roles.

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Support in the onboarding process for new employees.

Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.

Provide support in drafting HR documents, policies, and procedures.

Contribute to HR compliance tasks and audits.

Assist in performance review coordination and feedback collection.

Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the HR team.

Requirements

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of HR practices and labor laws.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a team environment.

Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
