Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our dynamic Human Resources team. As an HR Intern, you will support the HR department with various administrative tasks and assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and contribute to a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing interview kits.
  • Onboarding Assistance: Help coordinate and manage new hire onboarding processes, including preparing welcome packages and scheduling orientation sessions.
  • Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records in HR software and physical files.
  • Payroll Support: Assist with timesheet tracking and payroll documentation.
  • HR Communication: Support internal HR communications, such as announcements, newsletters, and surveys.
  • Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and wellness programs.
  • Training & Development: Help with training coordination, including booking venues, preparing materials, and tracking employee participation.
  • HR Projects: Assist with HR initiatives and ad-hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of HR software or platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) is a plus but not required.
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Proactive and eager to learn.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Adaptable and able to handle multiple tasks with deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Zirakpur, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
