Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Intern to assist our HR team in various HR-related activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in HR and be eager to learn and grow in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Assistance:

1. Assist in sourcing and shortlisting candidates for various positions.

2. Make phone calls to schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.

3. Assist in conducting interviews and taking notes.

4. Coordinate with hiring managers and other stakeholders.

Onboarding & Joining:

1. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

2. Ensure all necessary documents are collected and filed.

3. Coordinate with new hires to ensure a smooth joining process.

Employee File Management:

1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

2. Ensure all employee files are properly organized and stored.

Uniform Management:

1. Manage and distribute uniforms to employees.

2. Maintain inventory of uniforms and ensure timely replenishment.

Other HR-related tasks:

1. Assist in various HR projects and initiatives.

2. Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.

Requirements:

1. Currently pursuing a degree in HR or a related field.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to work in a team and independently.

4. Proficient in MS Office and HR software.

5. Strong organizational and time management skills.
