Position: HR Intern

Location: Dhul Siras, Dwarka Sector 24, New Delhi

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: ₹8,000/month

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

About Company: Traffury is a fast-growing performance marketing and affiliate network company connecting global advertisers and publishers. We specialize in digital campaigns, media buying, and lead generation, offering a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment — sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

Support onboarding and maintain employee records.

Prepare HR communications, warning mails, and official correspondence.

Manage attendance, payroll data, and HR documentation.

Contribute to employee engagement and HR policy implementation.

Who Can Apply:

Pursuing or completed MBA/BBA/BA in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.

Female candidates preferred who wish to start their career in HR field.
