HR Intern

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern / Fresher to join our team in a full-time role. This position is ideal for candidates looking to kickstart their career in Human Resources and Office Administration. The selected candidate will undergo a comprehensive 6-month training program covering core HR functions and front office operations. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors and clients at the reception. Assist in preparing HR reports and updating internal databases. Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires. Assist with recruitment activities – scheduling interviews, maintaining applicant databases. Participate in employee engagement and training initiatives. Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Presentable and professional demeanor. Training & Growth: 6-month structured training program covering key HR and admin functions.
