Job Title: HR Intern

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement. This remote internship offers hands-on experience and is ideal for those pursuing a career in HR.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment Support: Assist in managing the recruitment lifecycle, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Database & Documentation Management: Maintain and update HR records, databases, and spreadsheets. Ensure all documentation is accurate, organized, and up-to-date.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate virtual interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up processes.
• Communication Support: Draft emails, responses, and official communications with candidates. Strong English communication skills are a must.
• Excel Proficiency: Create, manage, and analyze data in MS Excel, including candidate tracking, data organization, and report generation.
• Employee Engagement: Assist in initiatives aimed at improving employee satisfaction and communication within the organization.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Excel (Creating reports, managing databases, handling data).
• Excellent Spoken and Written English Communication Skills (Proficiency in spoken English is mandatory as you will be required to communicate with candidates and other team members effectively).
• Prior internship or practical experience in HR is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: ₹7,000.00 per month
