HR Intern

As an HR Intern – Recruitment, you will support our Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process within a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking system.
• Draft and post job descriptions on various job boards.
• Support employer branding and campus outreach activities.
• Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Assist with onboarding activities, if required.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc., is a plus.
