Payroll - PF/TDS/ESI/PT

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Payroll & Compliance Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure full statutory compliance in line with labor laws and organizational policies. The role requires collaboration across departments, strict confidentiality, and a strong understanding of compensation practices, tax regulations, and labor law compliance. Key Responsibilities: Payroll Management: Process monthly payroll for all employees in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain payroll records and resolve payroll discrepancies. Ensure proper deductions including income tax, PF, ESI, PT, TDS and other applicable statutory components. Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursements and related reconciliations. Handle full and final settlements for exiting employees. Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws and government regulations including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, Bonus Act , etc. Maintain updated statutory records, returns, and filings (monthly, quarterly, annual). Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and statutory bodies. Monitor changes in labor legislation and recommend updates to policies and procedures.
