Tele-caller Bulk Fresher

Key Responsibilities Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases. Product Promotion: Clearly explain the features and benefits of our products/services to prospects. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening. Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-up with leads to nurture relationships and convert them into sales. Record Keeping: Accurately log all interactions and update customer information in the CRM system. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the team leader. Skills & Qualifications Communication: Fluent in Hindi and/or English with excellent verbal communication skills. Personality: Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn. Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is an advantage. Experience: No prior experience required; freshers are encouraged to apply.
