Join a dynamic IT consultancy led by an experienced technology leader with 25+ years in IT and 15+ years in leadership roles. We provide Fractional CTO services to tech companies and startups, while also maintaining our own in-house R&D team of IT professionals. Our team is actively working on several innovative in-house projects, driving technological advancements across diverse industries including education, healthcare, finance, e-commerce, and entertainment.

We're seeking a motivated HR Intern to support our growing in-house R&D team and expanding operations. You'll play a crucial role in taking care of our current IT professionals while helping us scale by adding talented team members. This is an excellent opportunity to work directly with senior leadership on both team management and growth initiatives in a dynamic tech environment.

• Team Care & Management:

  Support current R&D team members with HR needs and concerns

• Talent Acquisition:

  Actively assist in recruiting skilled IT professionals for in-house projects

• Candidate Screening:

  Conduct initial interviews and technical screening coordination

• Team Onboarding:

  Ensure smooth integration of new team members into ongoing projects

• Employee Engagement:

  Organize team-building activities and maintain positive team culture

• HR Operations:

  Maintain employee records, contracts, and compliance documentation

• Project Support:

  Coordinate HR aspects of multiple in-house R&D initiatives

• Performance Management:

  Assist in team performance reviews and feedback processes

• Retention Strategies:

  Help develop initiatives to retain top IT talent
