Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting jobs online
  • Provide support in daily HR activities and documentation
  • Assist in onboarding process for new hires

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment process and HR functions
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt
