Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).
Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and job descriptions.
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Assist in the preparation of recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
Collaborate with team members to refine recruitment strategies and processes.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:
1+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organizational Skills:
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge:
Familiarity with job boards, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), and other recruitment tools.
Interpersonal Skills:
Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and candidates.
Attention to Detail:
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing candidate data and job postings.
