Job Title : HR Intern (3-Month Internship) Location : Kolathur, Chennai Work Mode : Work from Office Working Days : Monday to Friday (5 days/week) Duration : 3 Months Stipend : Performance - Based Offer After Internship : Yes – Based on performance, successful interns will be offered a full-time HR role in the same company. Job Description : We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team for a 3 - month internship. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience in core HR functions. Key Responsibilities : 1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, etc.) 2. Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics 3. Support onboarding and induction processes 4. Coordinate with internal teams for interview feedback and follow-ups 5. Assist in HR documentation & data entry 6. Handle basic employee engagement & communication tasks Eligibility : 1. Any graduate or pursuing graduation (preferably in HR / Management / Commerce) 2. Good communication and interpersonal skills 3. Willingness to learn and work from office in Kolathur 4. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email) What You’ll Gain : 1.
