HR Intern

Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an HR Intern. This is a great opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in the HR domain while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job openings and screening resumes.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate databases.
• Support HR operations such as maintaining records and handling documentation.
• Participate in employee engagement activities and events.
• Learn and assist in payroll and compliance processes.
• Other tasks as assigned by the HR team.

Requirements:

• Freshers with a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
