Location: Kochi, Kerala (Onsite)Duration: 3 MonthsMode: Onsite InternshipStipend: ₹5,000 per monthConcerning the RoleFor a three-month on-site internship at our Kochi office, we are looking for a committed and meticulous HR intern to join our team. Ideal for a candidate who wants to learn about real-world HR operations and has an interest in human resources.Principal DutiesSupporting the sourcing, screening, and scheduling of candidate interviews; helping with new hire onboarding and induction procedures; maintaining employee records and helping with HR documentation; helping to plan and carry out employee engagement activities; helping with attendance management and daily HR tasks; preparing reports, letters, and internal HR correspondence; and helping to administer a variety of HR activitiesConditions* Must be located in Kochi or be able to work on-site; * Must be pursuing education or have recently earned a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; * Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills; * Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); * Be meticulous, well-organized, and eager to learn; * Be able to maintain confidentiality and professionalismWhat You Stand to Gain* A ₹5,000 monthly stipend * Hands-on experience with core HR functions * Exposure to hiring, employee management, and HR tools * Guidance from seasoned HR professionals * A certificate and recommendation letter at the conclusion of the internship * The chance to develop professional networks and skills
