Position: HR Intern

Location: Noida (On-site)
Duration: 6 Months (Internship – with potential for extension/full-time opportunity based on performance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate pipeline.
• Support onboarding, induction, and documentation of new hires.
• Maintain and update HR records, employee database, and HRMIS tools.
• Assist in drafting and issuing offer letters, experience letters, and HR policies.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal HR events.
• Support performance management and feedback collection processes.
• Provide administrative and operational support in daily HR activities.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR / HR specialization.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of HR software/ATS (preferred but not mandatory).
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
