We're looking for a Generative AI Specialist to help build intelligent systems that transform the way healthcare professionals learn and practice. Key Responsibilities Develop, fine-tune, and deploy generative AI models (e.g., GPT, Diffusion, LLMs, etc.). Design AI-driven features for medical simulation and educational platforms. Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into real-world training tools. Conduct prompt engineering, model evaluation, and optimization. Research and apply the latest advancements in generative AI. Ensure ethical and effective use of AI technologies in healthcare simulation. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related fields. At least 2 years of experience in AI/ML, preferably with generative models. Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, etc.). Experience with LLMs, prompt tuning, and model deployment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Experience in computer vision or text-to-image/video models. Exposure to healthcare/edtech domains. Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices. Background in simulation or immersive tech is a plus.
