HR Intern

Role Overview: As an HR Intern at Khaleez Restaurant in Tirur, you will be an integral part of the HR team, assisting in various HR-related activities. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and conducting interviews in coordination with hiring managers. - Play a key role in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documents are collected, filed, and facilitating a smooth joining experience. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring proper organization and storage of employee files. - Manage the distribution of uniforms, maintain uniform inventory, and oversee timely replenishment. - Assist in various HR projects and initiatives, and perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager. Qualifications Required: - Currently pursuing a degree in HR or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in MS Office and HR software. - Strong organizational and time management skills. Additional Company Details: This internship offers various job types including full-time, permanent, fresher, and internship, with a contract length of 10 months.
