Job Description

As an HR Intern, you will be responsible for providing support to the People & Culture department in various HR functions. This role will allow you to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, training, and other HR activities. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in recruitment processes such as job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews. - Support employee onboarding and orientation activities. - Help in maintaining HR records and databases. - Assist in organizing training and development programs. - Provide administrative support to the HR team. Qualifications Required: - Currently pursuing a degree/or completed the same in Human Resources or a related field. - Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. - Proficiency in MS Office applications. - Detail-oriented and organized. Please note that the salary for this role will be given in stipend.,
