HR Intern

Position: HR Executive
Experience: 0-2 Years
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Assist in employee onboarding and ensure smooth orientation for new hires.
• Maintain employee records and handle documentation such as contracts, offers, and other HR paperwork.
• Support performance management, employee engagement, and development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee grievances and provide HR-related support to all departments.
• Conduct regular meetings with the management to assess staffing needs and develop HR strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in an HR Executive role or similar position.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and integrity.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

• Bodakdev, Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
