Job Title: HR Executive / HR Associate / HR Support Executive Location: Agra, Uttar Pradesh Department: Human Resources Reports To: HR Manager / HR Lead Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive/Associate/Support Executive to help with day-to-day HR activities. You’ll assist with hiring, employee queries, and help ensure smooth HR processes. You will also work with other teams to create a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Help with job postings, resume reviews, interviews, and candidate coordination. Support the onboarding process for new employees. Employee Relations: Address employee questions and guide them on HR policies. Assist in resolving employee concerns and boosting engagement. HR Operations: Maintain employee records, track leaves and attendance, and assist with payroll. Prepare documents like offer letters, contracts, and handle exit formalities. Compliance & Policies: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Learning & Development: Organize training sessions and support employee development. HR Projects & Support: Assist in HR projects related to employee engagement, diversity, and wellness. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field. 6 months to 1 year of experience in a particular field, freshers are also welcome. Good understanding of HR principles and labor laws. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HR software.
