HR Intern

Job Overview:

We’re looking for an HR Intern to support various coordination and resource management activities. The role requires strong communication skills and a positive, responsible attitude toward taking on new tasks and working with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Client outreach and relationship-building ability
• Basic understanding of recruitment or staffing processes
• Proactive and self-motivated attitude
• Willingness to take ownership of new tasks
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• Confidence in approaching and onboarding companies
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
• Ability to work both independently and in a team

Location: On-Site, Hybrid
Compensation: 1,20,000/- LPA

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 12 months
