Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR operations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in various facets of human resource management within a fast-paced, international work environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews Support the on-boarding and induction process for new hires Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Assist in preparing HR letters, reports, and compliance documents Help coordinate employee engagement activities and internal events Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks Contribute to internal HR projects and process improvement initiatives Desired Candidate Profile Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) Well-organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset What We Offer Hands-on HR experience with global exposure Learning and mentorship opportunities Internship certificate upon successful completion Performance-based stipend Opportunity for a full-time role based on performance Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,512.75 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Pitampura, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
