Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive HR Intern to support daily HR operations - from hiring and onboarding to maintaining employee records and assisting with engagement activities. You’ll get hands-on exposure to end-to-end HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
  • Manage job postings across portals and social platforms
  • Help with onboarding, documentation, and maintaining employee databases
  • Coordinate with team leads on attendance, feedback, and HR reports
  • Handle basic HR administration and policy compliance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or pursuing) in HR, Management, or related field
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, etc.)
  • Good with Google Sheets / Excel and documentation
  • Eager to learn HR processes and people management

  • Good at organizing and managing people
  • Interest in startup or fast-paced environments

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
