Your key responsibilities will include: --Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding --Using job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms to attract top talent --Conducting initial screening calls and assessing candidate fit --Coordinating interviews and following up with hiring teams and candidates --Supporting documentation processes like offer letters, background checks, and certificates --Maintaining candidate databases and reporting weekly hiring progress --Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience through timely and professional communication Why Join Us?
