HR Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in core HR functions and contribute to daily HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

1.Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).

2.Support onboarding and documentation of new employees.

3.Maintain HR databases, employee records, and attendance.

4.Assist in drafting JD, offer letters, internship letters, and other HR documents.

5.Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.

6.Support HR team in daily operations and administrative tasks.

7.Help with performance tracking and HR reporting as required.

Requirements

1.Pursuing or completed graduation/post-graduation in HR or related field.

2.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3.Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment process.

4.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

5.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

6.Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good organizational skills.
