Network Support Engineer

As a Technical Assistant at Code Guardian Tech International Pvt. Ltd. in Noida Sector -2, U.P, your role will involve handling basic computer hardware issues, installing required software, and providing support in day-to-day IT operations. You should also have basic knowledge of networking and domain environment. Key Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot and fix basic computer hardware issues. - Install and configure software and operating systems. - Provide support for user login, domain join, and profile-related issues. - Perform basic network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP settings). - Assist in routine system checks and updates. - Ensure proper functioning of desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices. - Maintain documentation of IT activities and support provided. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support / technical assistance. - Basic knowledge of computer hardware. - Basic understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, IP configuration). - Familiarity with domain environment (Active Directory, user login, password reset). - Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues. - Good communication and problem-solving skills. - Diploma/Certification in IT/Computer Hardware & Networking preferred.
