Role Overview: As a Recruitment Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to assist in the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes screening potential candidates, coordinating and scheduling interviews, and facilitating their onboarding. You will be sourcing qualified candidates through various job portals and aligning their profiles with the specific requirements of client companies. Your role will involve reviewing candidate resumes and reaching out to suitable individuals for further evaluation.
