As an HR Intern you will play a vital role in supporting our talent acquisition efforts. You will work closely with our HR team to source, attract, and engage top talent. This internship will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment process and the chance to develop essential skills for a career in Human Resources. Roles And Responsibilities Assist in Sourcing Candidates, Screen Resumes , Coordinate Interviews. Communication, Support Recruitment Marketing, Participate in Recruitment Events. Conduct reference Checks , Administrative Support - Provide general support to the Hr team, including Filing, data entry and preparing reports. Contribute ideas to improve the recruitment process and candidate experience. Key Skills Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
