Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for an HR Intern located in Ludhiana. The HR Intern will assist the HR team in day-to-day operations, including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement initiatives. The intern will also support HR activities such as data management, record-keeping, and organizing training sessions. Additional tasks may include assisting in employer branding initiatives and providing support for compliance-related processes.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR functions
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data management
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to HR tools and processes
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous internship experience in HR or related fields is a plus
