Internship Overview

We are looking for energetic and motivated HR Interns who are willing to learn practical HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee coordination, and documentation through real-time corporate exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates from job portals and databases
• Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling and follow-ups
• Support onboarding formalities and document collection
• Maintain candidate and employee data in Google Sheets
• Assist in attendance tracking and HR reporting
• Support the HR team in daily administrative activities
• Coordinate with internal teams for manpower requirements

Eligibility & Skills Required

• Pursuing or completed MBA / BBA / B.Com / Graduation (any stream)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, Email)
• Willingness to work from office
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Freshers and final-year students are welcome
