As an HR Intern at our company located near Bommanahalli in Bangalore, you will be actively involved in the recruitment process, with a focus on candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in human resources and recruitment within a vibrant and supportive work environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and career fairs to source potential candidates. - Maintain and update the database of potential candidates. - Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements. - Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates" qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role. - Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Keep candidates informed about their application status and interview schedules. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. - Assist the HR team with daily administrative tasks and projects. - Aid in the onboarding process for new hires by preparing materials and coordinating orientation sessions. **Qualifications and Skills:** - Strong interest in recruitment and human resources. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
