Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and HR operations.

You'll work closely with experienced professionals and learn how HR supports and shapes company culture and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and interviewers.
• Support the onboarding and induction process for new hires.
• Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in drafting HR documents, such as offer letters, experience letters, and policies.
• Contribute to employee engagement activities and internal communications.
• Help ensure HR compliance by organizing and maintaining documentation.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
