HR Executive

In this role, you will be the bridge between management and employees, ensuring a thriving workplace culture. You will own the end-to-end employee lifecycle—from finding the right talent to ensuring they are happy, compliant, and productive.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment:

  Manage the complete hiring process, including screening resumes, conducting initial interview rounds, and coordinating with department heads.

• Onboarding & Lifecycle:

  Deliver a seamless onboarding experience for new joiners and manage the employee lifecycle through to exit formalities.

• Employee Engagement:

  foster a positive work environment by organizing team-building activities, cultural events, and "Fun Fridays" to enhance retention.

• HR Operations:

  Maintain accurate employee records, manage attendance/leave tracking, and support payroll processing.

• Compliance:

  Ensure company policies align with labor laws and HR standards.

• Grievance Handling:

  Act as an empathetic point of contact for team members, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience:

  Prior experience or a completed internship in an HR role is required.

• Communication:

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for conducting interviews and drafting internal communications.

• Tech Proficiency:

  Comfortable using recruitment tools , HR software, CRMs, and standard office communication tools.

• Education:

  A Bachelor's degree in any field is required (BBA/MBA in HR is a plus).

• Soft Skills:

  High emotional intelligence (EQ), empathy, and a genuine passion for building company culture.
