Job Overview: We’re seeking a strategic and experienced Head of HR to lead our human resources function. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of leadership, vision, and hands-on execution to scale our HR operations and align talent strategies with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes Lead performance management and employee development programs Ensure legal compliance in all HR practices (labor laws, policies, etc.) Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives Design and execute compensation and benefits strategies Build leadership development and succession planning frameworks Guide and mentor HR team members Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on people-related matters
