Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development. Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related issues. Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations initiatives. Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance morale and retention. Manage the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits. Analyze market trends and make recommendations to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent.
