HR - HEAD

The Head – HR will lead the Human Resources function, ensuring alignment of HR strategies with business objectives. This role involves managing talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, payroll, and organizational development across all sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic HR Management
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals.
• Drive workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
• Team handling
• Talent Acquisition & Management
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
• Manage performance appraisal systems (e.g., Aspire or similar programs).
• Employee Engagement & Welfare
• Plan and execute engagement activities, recognition programs, and events.
• Address employee grievances and maintain a positive work culture.
• Compliance & Statutory Requirements
• Ensure adherence to labour laws, EPF, ESI, Professional Tax, POSH compliance.
• Handle audits and maintain statutory registers and documentation.
• Payroll & Compensation Management
• Supervise salary processing, deductions, and benefits administration.
• Monitor attendance systems and resolve discrepancies.
• Vendor & Resource Management
• Coordinate with vendors for uniforms, housekeeping, and other HR-related services.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• MBA in HR or equivalent.
• 12+ years of experience in HR leadership roles.
• Prepared local candidate
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
