Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor

    daily time office activities

    including attendance tracking and leave records.
  • Ensure

    accuracy of attendance data

    and resolve discrepancies through coordination with concerned departments.
  • Assist in

    payroll processing

    by validating attendance, overtime (OT), and leave inputs.
  • Support the

    monthly salary and OT calculation

    process in coordination with the finance and HR teams.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS or payroll system.
  • Generate and share

    attendance and payroll-related reports

    as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements related to attendance and payroll.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within HR operations.
