Coordinate with department heads to forecast and fulfill manpower needs. 2. Screening and Evaluation: Conduct preliminary screening interviews and technical assessments. Evaluate candidates for cultural fit and job competency. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and HODs. 3. Coordination with Plant HR and Production Teams: Coordinate with unit HR/plant managers on urgent manpower needs (daily/weekly planning). Understand shift-based and seasonal hiring needs (e.g., for increased production volumes). Track manpower movements, attrition, and absconding cases and ensure timely backfilling. 4. Contract Labor Hiring & Management (if applicable): Liaise with third-party manpower vendors for contract labor supply. Ensure compliance with legal and company norms for contract hiring (PF, ESI, etc.). Verify vendor bills against actual attendance and manpower supplied. 5. HR System & Database Management: Update recruitment dashboards in ERP or HRMS software. Maintain digital records of resumes, interview feedback, offer letters, and onboarding forms. Generate reports for management reviews. 6. Sourcing Strategy Development: Develop and execute sourcing strategies for different job levels (workers to engineers to managers). Create and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and niche roles. Use data analytics to identify sourcing gaps and optimize recruitment channels. 7.
