Dear Candidate,
We are looking for Engineer/ Sr. Engineer for Processing Engineering Dept in SL Lumax Ltd,Talegaon-Dabade Pune.
Optimize and validate injection molding processes for new and existing parts.
Conduct mold trials, establish, and document process parameters using scientific molding principles.
Troubleshoot molding issues such as flash, sink marks, short shots, and warpage.
Collaborate with tooling and maintenance teams for mold modifications and improvements.
Prepare and update plant/facility/machine layouts using AutoCAD.
Support capacity planning and layout modifications for new machine installations and line setups.
Maintain accurate process documentation including parameter sheets.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions for process-related issues.
Strong knowledge of injection molding machines, hot runner systems, and thermoplastic material
Hands-on experience in process validation, defect analysis, and problem-solving tools (7QC, 5S, etc.).
Familiarity with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 quality standards.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and cross-functional coordination skills.
