Major Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

The Process Engineer will:

• Lead

  New Product Implementation (NPI)

  activities, including transferring new products to mass production by guiding the production team and coordinating with all support teams. Act as the main contact point for R&D and Electrical teams. Prepare and update

  Work Instructions, SOPs, Part Numbers (PNs), Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), Product Change Orders (PCOs)

  , and verify engineering drawings. (Approx. 30% of time)
  
• Conduct

  faulty analysis of PCBA (Analog & Digital PCBs)

  and perform

  Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA)

  for product or process failures. Handle

  product qualification

  activities. (20% of time)
  
• Drive

  process automation initiatives

  , including the

  design and implementation of jigs and fixtures

  to improve process efficiency and reliability. (20% of time)
  
• Provide

  ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) training

  and develop digital setups for production operators to maintain high product quality standards. (10% of time)
  
• Support the

  local sales team

  with troubleshooting and technical assistance related to digital products. (10% of time)
  
• Participate in

  Cross-Functional Team (CFT)

  meetings, supporting

  continuous improvement

  activities and process optimization efforts. (10% of time)

Main Requirements:

• Education:

  Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in

  Electronics & Communication (ECE)

  Mechatronics

  .

• Experience:

  4-7 years of relevant experience in

  Electronics Manufacturing

  Process Engineering

• Must have prior experience in

  electronics or mechatronics product manufacturing companies

  .
• Exposure to

  SMT processes

  ,

  PCB design

  , and

  New Product Introduction (NPI)

  is essential.
