Production Planning & Execution (40%)

Daily Work Management (30%)

Cost & Resource Control (10%)

Shopfloor Management (10%)

Soft Skills / Essential Competencies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Team leadership and workforce supervision (experience managing unionized workforce preferred).

Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Technical Competencies

Proficiency in
MS Excel
and presentation tools.
Working knowledge of
Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S implementation
