The Role: We are looking for a someone who can provide exceptional customer experience to a broad range of clients and ensure the fast and effective management of client workflows to join the S&P Cappitech Support team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in communicating with clients, answering regulatory queries, and resolving daily reporting issues. Ideally the candidate will have some experience in EMIR, MiFID, ASIC, CFTC, SEC and\or SFTR. The role is client facing and requires a high degree of technical competence. Responsibilities: Dealing with customer enquiries and requests and managing them efficiently and in a timely manner until resolution Helping clients understand how the solution works and how to resolve reporting issues Involvement in client training and site visits Escalate issues in a timely manner and ensure follow and resolution. Key Responsibilities: • Assisting with day-to-day compliance tasks in accordance with the firms AML/CFT Compliance Programme and Trade Controls Programme, including assurance testing and reporting. • Working with the Financial Crime Compliance Manager and Head of Risk with the preparation and review of templates and collateral relating to compliance matters. • Working on compliance projects across the firm outside of AML/CFT and Trade Controls as required. • Assisting with the management of the Financial Crime Teams various electronic platforms and systems. • Understanding and managing the processes in place in the firm for ensuring compliance with Trade Controls (Sanctions and Export Controls). • Attend to engagement team queries in relation to due diligence processes, including AML Customer Due Diligence and Trade Control and Sanctions vetting. • Assisting with the review and preparation of templates and collateral relating to Trade Controls compliance to assist the business. • Assisting with the preparation and the roll-out of up-to-date training for AML/CFT and Trade Controls compliance, and other compliance matters as necessary (including the preparation of online training tools on an as needed basis). • Participates in ad hoc projects as and when required, which may include projects assigned by other teams under Reputation and Risk. Role & responsibilities - Work as senior on multiple workstreams or clients as a part of Regulatory Reporting BAU/Production team. Interact with stakeholders (client and other third parties such as fund administrators) on matters related to data and production. Facilitate and encourage the necessary conversations between the Business and Technology to determine the what and the how of the product features. Prepare and review the workpapers needed for filing the forms/reports with 100% accuracy. Work independently with minimum supervision. Provide technical guidance to the team as well as client as needed. The role is deadline oriented and may require working under US time schedule. Be involved in project management as needed. Mentor, train and inspire staffs to meet the project objectives. Proactively develop and impart training on new onboarded or upcoming initiatives for team members. Work with Technology and US team in identifying process improvement areas and bring in the culture of automation.
