Job Description

Job Summary:

HR Executive (Payroll & ERP Farvision)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage
monthly payroll processing
through ERP (Farvision).
Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leave, and salary structure.
Handle
PF, ESI, TDS, and other statutory compliances
.
Coordinate with the finance team for payroll reconciliation and reports.
Generate and analyze MIS reports from the ERP system.
Support HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, and employee database management.
Ensure timely resolution of employee payroll queries.
Assist in audits, HR policy implementation, and other HR administrative functions.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree with MBA in Human Resources.
5–7 years of experience in
payroll management
and
HR operations.
Hands-on experience in
Farvision ERP
(mandatory).
Good understanding of
statutory compliances
and HR processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel and report generation.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
