HR Generalist/Recruiter

About Zylu Zylu is a fast-growing SaaS company helping salons thrive with powerful tools for appointment booking, marketing, CRM, and automation. We're expanding our team and looking for a dynamic HR Generalist / Recruiter who can take full ownership of hiring, onboarding, and core HR operations as we scale. What You’ll Do Recruitment & Hiring Own end-to-end hiring across tech, sales, marketing, and support roles Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and local networks Pre-screen, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communication Work with founders to build a strong employer brand and hiring culture Maintain a talent pipeline and track hiring metrics People Ops & HR Admin Handle onboarding and documentation of new hires Create and implement HR processes, company policies, and compliance Assist in building performance review frameworks and feedback loops Support employee engagement and retention initiatives Maintain attendance and leave tracking systems You’ll Excel If You: Have 2-4 years of experience in hiring for startups or SMBs Have recruited across tech, sales, or support roles Are highly organized, process-driven, and self-managed Can work closely with founders and department heads Are fluent in English and Hindi (South Indian language a plus) Bonus: Experience in SaaS or product companies Growth Path This role can evolve into HR Manager / Head of People as Zylu grows.
