HR Generalist/Recruiter

**Role Overview:** As a Recruitment Assistant at the company, your main responsibility will be to handle end-to-end recruitment processes for Non-IT roles. This includes tasks such as sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Additionally, you will assist in onboarding new employees and managing HR documentation.
