HR Generalist

As an HR Generalist at Value Creed, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing daily HR operations, supporting strategic HR initiatives, and enhancing the overall employee experience. Your responsibilities will include overseeing HR operations and administration, assisting in recruitment and talent acquisition, developing employee engagement programs, and utilizing technology for HR tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and streamline daily HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining HR records. - Ensure accurate HR documentation and data management in HR systems. - Administer and track leave management, attendance, and employee benefits. - Maintain compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements. - Address employee queries related to policies, benefits, and workplace issues. - Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups. - Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure efficient recruitment processes. - Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance workplace satisfaction. - Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and company events. - Utilize HRIS systems, MS Office, and Google Sheets to manage HR tasks efficiently. - Leverage technology for automation and process improvement in HR operations. Qualifications & Skills: - Education & Experience: MBA in Human Resources or a related field with proven experience as an HR Generalist. - Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational skills, problem-solving mindset, advanced MS Excel skills, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential information.,
