Job Description

You should have 4 - 5 years of experience in HR end-to-end processes with a strong knowledge of hiring processes. Your responsibilities will include conducting employee onboarding, organizing training & development initiatives, administering compensation and benefit plans, and ensuring compliance with HR best practices and current regulations. You will be expected to have expertise in HR policies and procedures, assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies, and undertake tasks related to performance management. Other duties involve organizing quarterly and annual employee performance reviews, analyzing HR metrics like time to hire and employee turnover rates, and providing support to employees on topics such as leaves and compensation. Maintaining employee files and records, resolving issues promptly, introducing new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities to enhance job satisfaction will also be part of your role. A high level of professionalism, discretion, sound judgment, and problem-solving skills are essential. You should have excellent communication skills, be familiar with the MS Office suite, and ensure compliance with labor regulations. Prior experience in the healthcare sector is preferred, and a Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related discipline is preferable. The job location is Tirunelveli.,
