Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: HR Generalist

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions (sourcing, screening, interviewing & coordinating with hiring managers).
  • Prepare and release offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents.
  • Ensure smooth joining formalities and maintain employee personnel files.

Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Maintain healthy employee relations by addressing queries, grievances, and concerns.
  • Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement activities, events, and surveys.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends.

HR Operations

  • Maintain HRMS records, attendance, leave tracking, and employee data accuracy.
  • Manage payroll inputs (attendance, leave, overtime, deductions) and coordinate with the accounts/payroll team.
  • Ensure proper documentation, HR reports, MIS, and monthly HR dashboards.

Performance Management

  • Assist in the performance appraisal process and maintain related records.
  • Coordinate with managers to track employee performance and set KRAs/KPIs.

Policy Implementation & Compliance

  • Implement and follow HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
  • Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, gratuity, labor laws, and audits.
  • Maintain compliance records, statutory forms, registers, and documentation.

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate internal/external training programs.
  • Track training attendance and maintain training MIS.

Administration Support

  • Handle office administration tasks such as vendor coordination, asset management, and stationery.
  • Support management with HR planning and company-wide communication.

    Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in HR or related field.
  • 2.5 years of experience in HR Generalist functions.
  • Strong in recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRMS software.
  • Ability to manage multitasking and handle employee relations.
  • Female candidates are preferred for this role.
